Holy cow!! Thank goodness for the gorgeous day - you could practically go swimming here it is sooooo hot. Anyway, thanks to the great weather and all of us going shack whacky, we went out and cleaned out the van and the car. And did they ever need it. It is bad enough that I am stuck driving a minivan instead of a cute convertible sports car. But man, I didn't realize what I was driving around with - about 4 pounds of crumbs and half eaten crackers and rotten sippy cups.
It was awful. And it sounds awful too, I always carry a kid and an armload every time I come in, but I guess it just isn't enough! Hopefully we can keep it somewhat clean now that the good weather is here.
I weeded all the gardens, planted my dahlias, buried a soaker hose in the garden - LOVE IT - had a picnic outside with the kids in the treehouse, played soccer with Phaedra, took M to dancing, drove cars with Deylin, pushed for a hundred years the 2 kids on the swings, gathered up all the garbage and green bin stuff from the yard, got the patio furniture out and unburied our bikes. I am sooooooo optimistic, hopefully we won't get any crazy snow next week or anything like that!! ha!!
Tons of our neighbours are out doing all the same today. Nice to see our street come back to life. Haven't seen some of the folks in 4 months!!!

That is exactly what I need to do and have done a great job avoiding. Ugh.
So nice to see the sun though it wasn't quite so warm here. It'll happen though. Yay Spring!
I hear ya! Spring is finally here. Thank goodness for that!!
So happy to start reno in our house. Hopefully all will go well. Hard to motivate DH with his layoff. Guess I'll keep trying.
