Post it Notes

Well, I guess post it notes don't really work for me. I wonder if anything will get me on track?! I leave things open on my PC that I need to address, and that is like my version of a sticky note. So, my blog has been open for days and I'm just getting to it now!! Brother!

I was just saying how fast I find the time going. It is crazy. I guess it is because I am busy in the evenings. The time is going extra fast for me. I'm not complaining though cause it is almost the weekend again!! Woo hoo!!

We had a good weekend past. Got together with Bern and Jeff. Didn't end up scrapping much but that was okay as we were visiting the boys who usually ingore us for the PS2. The kids had a lot of fun playing together and it was so good to see Emma too. They even all went to bed great - even better!!!

On Sunday, we took the canoe out to Penhorn lake. It was gorgeous and so nice to get out. The kids really loved it and they are sooooo good in the canoe, I am amazed!

Amber and Chris have an offer in on the house and are just waiting to see how it all goes. I am crossing my fingers for them.

After canoeing, we went to Mark's cousin Jennifer's new house. She just bought it and it's a great place. Hopefully we'll see more of her, she's a great girl who I like a lot. But, we never really see much of her at all.

I had to leave there early to take the girls to go to teach my first gaelic class. I am co-teaching with 2 other moms, and it went awesome!!! They are great ladies. The kids were great sports and I think they learned a lot. I hope they come back again - ha! We're trying to keep it fun for them while learning as well. It is a good time!

Monday and Tuesday is homework time, and fright nights, supper and off to Gaelic, but it is going as smoothly as it can and I'm so lucky to be able to go. Mark deserves a giant trophy.

We're shopping for a new van too. Pretty sure that is going to happen soon. I'm happy to have a reliable vehicle, but sad to have a car payment, and not really able to rely on a Dodge. So, not sure what I think. Our plan is to drive it till the warranty is up :) I guess I can rely on that!

Heading down to Antigonish this weekend for a night with Mari and a gaelic day and milling. I'm really looking foward to it. I can't wait to see the kids and get to spend some time with them. Yay !! I just hope the van gets me there. At least we have CAA now :)
