Weekend

Mark is HOME!!

I think I did these posts a little out of order ... I think that is b/c I am a little out of order myself!!!

We went to the airport to pick him up and the girls were really excited and happy to see him and had painted signs and everything. The baby cried when he saw Mark about 10 feet away b/c he didn't come over quick enough and he had no patience. So, when Mark picked him up, he was really happy. Which was nice ... I was glad.

We decided to go out to supper. Why do I ever think that is a good idea????? Anyway, it was a nightmare from hell for us and for the people near us. The baby is sick and grumpy and was throwing stuff everywhere. P was just beside herself and had a tantrum that any 3 year old would be proud of. I actually had to leave and almost dropped her several times as she was thrashing so hard.

So, needless to say, we put them all to be at 7 or 7.30. Enough of that!! Then, Bern and Jeff came over and we had a really nice visit with them. Great to get together and relax and unwind. We drank a bit and had some pizza and I'm almost finished my Christmas cards!!

It is really nice to have Mark back home. I think we'll have to get used to it, but it will be great. Makes Christmas coming even sweeter!!!
