Have any of you thought of this, do you have a will? Do people know what you want "done with" your kids if anything should ever happen?
God, I find it all hard to think about. But we really should have it done. And always mean to, just never get there.
At least we had the insurance meeting and we and the kids are all covered that way. Amber is the bene. But, my god, it is such a responsibility and so much to ask. It has been on my mind a lot.
I also want to pay for our funerals now. Too bad I didn't have the money to do all of this stuff!!!!

I was at the bank getting my investments straightened out and they asked that. Ack, we don't have anything either! I think I'm going to look into that legal will kit or something until we can go the lawyer route (cause of cost) but it NEEDS to be done! Let's hope we won't need em for a long time but will be covered if anything happens.
I've heard mixed reviews on the "legality" of those kits, but we've put it off due to cost as well ... wish I knew about the kits.
Thinking it's at least something on paper...hopefully wouldn't be disputed but we'll have to save for legal fees to get it done 'legally' :)
