I think I'm getting there. I spent a fortune on fruits and veggies this last couple of weeks. And I haven't thrown anything out! That is awesome, as we always end up throwing stuff out, sadly. Now, I just have to get exercise worked in there and then maybe I'll be getting somewhere. Although I am doing well, my god I find it hard to stay motivated. I need to constantly remind myself of everything and talk myself out of junk all the time.
Mom - do not read this!! Or into it. I am just trying to be healthier and fitter. Not a skinny model or something!

Good for you. It is hard to eat well and not succumb to the cravings - like I just did with the cinnamon role I had. But I did eat yogurt for b-fast and a spinach salad and veggie soup so I did well otherwise :) Keep it up!
I learned something on Valentine's Day while I was at the Heart & Stroke luncheon. An active overweight person is healthier than an inactive normal weight person. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE!!! Eating healthy and exercising goes a long way!
