Nightmare at the Grocery Store

Egad!!!

I am not good at limits. Went to Superstore to get Makayla's passport picture done. While there, realized I needed baby cereal. Which of course is a mile long walk away from where I was. And I had to walk through clothing - so I bought a couple of tops. REally cheap and I really like them.

Now I am getting off track AGAIN!

So, got the cereal, realized I needed some baby food too. Picked that up. Before I could leave, baby smashed some turkey stew all over everywhere. So, went to get some help for that.

Then, I realized taht I needed some juiceboxes and snacks for Makayla's lunch, and that would take a couple of rows. Needed bread and milk too. So, now I've been at the store for 2 hours, have been up and down every row and have a cart full of stuff.

I kept thinking, "Well, since I'm here ....." The kids fought the ENTIRE time. The baby had no toys ... I was just running in for a minute! So, he threw something out of the cart about once every two minutes. He exploded an applesauce and ate threw a yogurt container and got it everywhere.

The bread got squashed and I nearly lost my marbles. That's the last time I drag the three kids in to do one little thing. They almost lost their lives!!!

You should really right a book. I find it hilarious/heart breaking with all you go through. It's so relatable. Your life is an exaggeration of what so many of us are going through. I can just picture you in a sitcom going through the entire scene. :)

Thanks ladies :) I can count on you to see the bright side of things.

Although it sucked at the time, I could also see myself in a crazy sitcom thinking how funny it would be and how many people could likely relate.

And how althougth I said never again, I probably do it again ....

You know me!!
